PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED
We collect personal data that you volunteer while using our website or conducting a commercial relationship with us. For instance, to sign up for the PipelineFX newsletter and marketing announcements or in corresponding with PipelineFX personnel over email about licensing options and services, you may willingly provide us with your first name, last name, a valid email address, your company's name, and your company's location. This is typically referred to as Contact Information. PipelineFX uses the provided Contact Information to authenticate users and provide access to PipelineFX services. We may also use the provided email addresses in order to communicate with our customers. By registering in the PipelineFX system and creating a PipelineFX ID, you automatically accept receiving email messages from us. PipelineFX may send you email messages with notifications about changes to its services, maintenance updates, or promotional materials. You can unsubscribe from the marketing and promotional materials at any time using the corresponding links in the emails. Even if you unsubscribed, PipelineFX may contact you via provided email for purchase confirmation necessary to complete a transaction that you initiated, technical support for the stability of your product, or any security issues that may affect your installation of the product or your data.
For every sign up form present on this website (http://www.pipelinefx.com) where a user signs up for communication or a PipelineFX service and that sign up can lead to further messaging from PipelineFX, is it expressly stated before each submit button exactly what the user may receive in the future if they sign up. The most common opt in to be expected and what the disclaimer on each form states is that the user, by filling out the form and submitting their information, is agreeing to receive special offers from PipelineFX about Qube, announcements related to the product like releases or newly added features, and technical information regarding the installation and use of Qube!.
When purchasing Services, you will be required to provide additional information that may include a credit card number or other banking or payment information ("Billing Information"). In addition and depending on the service requested, you may be asked to provide a 'start date' or an 'end date' or a 'delivery date' for the particular service.
To keep our databases accurate, we may also collect information about you from other sources, such as public records or bodies, or private organisations.
We do not collect or use personal data for any other purpose, nor do we share it with third parties, but if we wish to use your personal data for a new purpose, we will ask your permission first.

METERED LICENSING, PARTNER LICENSING AND ONLINE METRICS
PipelineFX does NOT collect and log any user activities while using any of their services, except for clients who have installed either the Metered Licensing Agent, the Data Relay Agent (which replaces the Metered Licensing Agent as of Qube! version 6.10), or the Partner Licensing Daemon where we collect: the total amount of time used for each render instance, times stamps for the usage of those instances, whether or not a 'paid' or 'unpaid' (also known as metered) license was used, whether or not a 'partner' provided license was used, how many total 'unpaid,' 'paid,' or 'partner' licenses were used, and Supervisor data collected by our Data Collectors, which you must accept the EULA for and install, to facilitate the Online Metrics reporting. Data collected by our Data Collectors and transmitted via the Data Relay Agent to our secure cloud server includes, but is not limited to, the following data: CPU utilization rates, system load averages, memory usage, swap usage, disk space usage, Supervisor process count, Supervisor dispatch efficiency, total job count, active job count, running job instance count, SQL queries per second, running SQL threads, SQL connection count, and SQL CPU usage.
The information collected for Metered Licensing or Partner Licensing is used primarily for billing the use of partner provided or metered license minutes at the end of each month. It may be used for troubleshooting as necessary. This data may also appear in email reports to clients and on any PipelineFX hosted, secure websites that display reporting and usage numbers for Metered Licensing or Partner Licensing.
The information collected for Online Metrics is used strictly to generate the charts available for viewing online so clients can get a snapshot of the health of their farm and overall dispatch performance.
In any of the data collected and transmitted for Metered Licensing, Partner Licensing, or Online Metrics, there is no way to publicly identify a client like a name or recognizable attribute, there is no reference to any work being done by the client, and there are no humanly recognizable names or labels.
